Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

We offer you the opportunity to

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create growth strategies aligning with marketing and revenue objectives
• Drive demand generation by architecting innovative, multi-touch engagement programs along the customer's buying journey
• Develop campaigns and content that generates awareness, shifts perceptions, and captures demand
• Implement Account Based Marketing for the Sales and Marketing team
• Experiment with different measures to educate, engage, and convert
• Analyze and act on campaign performance metrics to optimize campaign strategy
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, A/B testing, and KPI-driven optimization, reporting to internal stakeholders on a regular basis

Become a part of the team if you

• Have a proven 5+ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Are proud of a strong track record for target group-oriented design and innovative campaigns
• Have experience in lead and/or demand generation, conversion optimization, and SEO/SEA
• Have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English with the ability to create compelling content and engage with different audiences
• Have strong collaboration skills
